Who we are

Detailers of Naples, 3550 Westview Dr, Naples, FL 34104. You can reach us at info@detailersofnaples.com or (239) 280-0034.

Information you give us

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle make, model and year, the service you are interested in, how you found us, and anything else you choose to write in the message field. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and follow up about your vehicle. We store it in our own customer records and in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), which sends our team the notification.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage information when you visit: pages viewed, referring website, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the marketing campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. This helps us understand which pages and ads are useful.

Advertising and measurement tools

We use the following third-party tools on this site. They may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Ads — measures which ads lead to quote requests so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly. When you successfully submit a quote request, we report that a conversion occurred.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures page views for our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• LeadTrak and LeadTrackrr — attribute incoming leads to the marketing source they came from.

These tools are used for measurement and advertising optimization. We do not sell your personal information.

Visitors in regions requiring consent

Our advertising and measurement tags are not loaded at all for visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any location we cannot determine. If you are visiting from one of those regions, no advertising cookies or identifiers are set by our Google Ads tracking.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and of Meta ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
• Most browsers and mobile systems offer a global "do not track" or opt-out signal, which we honor where applicable law requires it.
• You can ask us to delete the information you submitted through a quote request by emailing info@detailersofnaples.com.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, and we delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.

Changes to this policy

If we change the tools we use or the way we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
